Retreat Rules

  • All dogs are kenneled at the sole risk of the owner. However, we will endeavour to make your dog’s stay as safe and enjoyable as we can.
  • Please Note: Although we do not insist that your dog be treated for parasites or canine cough, it is always a wise precaution, both for the health of your dog & others.
  • All K9 visitors must have a Dog Profile filled out and their human companions must sign the Release for our files.
  • We feed & recommend Prism dogfood to our visiting K9s (unless they have specific dietary requirements).

If visiting the Retreat, please...

  • Call ahead for directions & to arrange a time
    • if checking the facilities (visiting hours are between 1 & 4 pm on weekends).
    • if dropping off/picking up your vacationing pet.
  • It is important to us that the dogs get their play time. If you are visiting outside the stated visiting hours, you visit at your own risk as the dogs will be loose in the yard area.
  • Refrain from throwing toys/sticks, or running, in the yard area when the dogs are loose.
  • If using the training facilities or touring the other 80 acres, please be considerate of others also using these facilities and of neighbouring stock.

WE CAN NO LONGER TAKE VISITORS DURING THE MONTHS OF JULY & AUGUST OR ON LONG WEEKENDS.

Yard & play time is at a premium.
